She has a proven track record of success with business development, client relationships and training and development. She was inspired at an early age by Lou Holt’s “Do Right” principles and continues to lead with integrity and fairness. Prior to joining Summit, she worked in the fire service industry and spent her earlier years in the textile business. Michele was a certified Dale Carnegie Instructor and values creating win-win situations.
